Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride Tablets IP are an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as:

• Sneezing

• Runny or blocked nose

• Itchy or watery eyes

• Skin allergies like urticaria (hives)

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal or year-round)

• Levocetirizine is the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine

• It blocks histamine receptors (H1) to reduce symptoms of allergic reactions

• Less sedating than older antihistamines like diphenhydramine

• Hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis)

• Perennial allergic rhinitis (year-round allergies)

• Chronic idiopathic urticaria (persistent hives)

• Adults & children ≥12 years:

1. Aceclofenac:
