The construction of lead sub oxide ball mill plant is a cylindrical shell with both conical end rotate through a dearth gear fitted on it and bearing drive mounted upon a heavy duty fabricated foundation stand which is driven through the driving system provided there. The construction of barton mill plant consists of a small lead melting pot & lead reaction pot fitted with  a stirrer in it and the stirrer arms cum blades made out of stainless steel fitted to the stirrer shaft giving very minor space between the blades and bottom plate of the reaction pot. The reaction pot is preheated and a few molten lead is poured into the pot where the rotating stirrer helps to react the oxidation process between the lead and oxygen taken from the space. Lithrage Oxide Or Yellow Oxide is a product of Lead Sub Oxide which is prepared in a Stainless Steel Pot / Furnace. The  input raw material of this furnace is the output of the Barton Mill Plant, which is further charged into the Litharge Furnace Plant. Lead Sub Oxide of the Barton Mill Plant is further heated at a suitable temperature to ract with natural oxygen for the further preparation of the Litharge Oxide which is generally Yellow in colour. It is also known as Lead Monoxide.

Inside the furnace pot a S.S. Stirrer is provided which is rotated with the driving system provided at the bottom of the furnace. Our Litharge Oxide Plant is designed with latest technology which also consists of a Vertical type upward Three Stage Reduction Gear Box driven directly with Motor. After a wide experience in this field we have desinged a very heavy duty Reduction type of Gear Box specially made for RED LLEAD & LITHARGE OXIDE PLANT only. We are the leading manufacturer of Copper Melting cum Refining Furnace Plant with Pollution Control System. Our Copper Melting cum refining furnace plant consists of a hydraullic tilting oil fired furnace, the raw material copper scrap is feeded from top of the furnace into a charging hopper provided, as the copper scrap comes into molten stage, the oxidation & de- oxidation is being done for the refining of the the scrap material form a window provided at one end of the furnace. As the material is refinded then the discharging of the material is sone into the Moulds and ingot of refined copper metal are made. The Copper scrap is refined upto 99.97% in our plant.
