• You will be a permanent member of the Advisory Board of the Hospital. • floor of the hospital will be named after the person you propose. • Preference in treatment and concession up to 5,00,000/- per year in the hospital bill for the persons you propose for a period of 10 years.
Rs. 50 Lakh
• You will be a permanent member of the Advisory Board of the Hospital. • A wing of the hospital will be named after the person you propose. • Preference in treatment and concession up to 2,50,000/- per year in the hospital bill for the persons you propose for a period of 10 years.
Rs. 25 Lakh
• You will be a member of the Advisory Board of the hospital for 10 years. • A ward of the hospital will be named after the person you propose. • Preference in treatment and concession up to 1,25,000/- per year in the hospital bill for the persons you propose for a period of 10 years.
Rs. 10 Lakh
• You will be a member of the Advisory Board of the hospital for 5 years. • An Operation theatre of the hospital will be named after the person you propose. • Preference in treatment and concession up to 50,000/- per year in the hospital bill for the persons you propose for a period of 10 years.

• A plaque with the name of the person will be placed in front of the laboratory of the hospital. • Preference in treatment and concession up to 25,000/- per year in the hospital bill for the persons you propose for a period of 10 years.

• Donor’s name will be exhibited on the equipment or instrument of the Hospital. • Preference in treatment and concession up to 15,000/- per year in the hospital bill for the persons you propose for a period of 10 years.
