The Chips / flakes of material to be ground are conveyed from the hopper to the grinding chamber by means of variable feed screw. The grinding of material starts immediately when material enters in to the grinding chamber. (Because of high powered suction) The particle size of product / material is reduced to desirable size by grinding pins and liner. When the particles reach to its required size they will enter in to the air stream through baffle ring and classifier. We can control the particle size by variable speed available both for feeding mechanism and classifier. Thus the over sized particles return into the grinding chamber for further reduction of particle size.
