Phosphor Bronze alloys are primarily used for electrical products because they have superb spring qualities, high fatigue resistance, excellent formability and solderability, and high corrosion resistance. The addition of tin increases the corrosion resistance and strength of the alloy. The phosphorous increases the wear resistance and stiffness of the alloy.
Phosphor bronze C544 is on of the finest bearing alloys the industry has to offer. Phosphor Bronze is available in sheet, strip, plate, wire, rod and bar.
C51000 PHOSPHOR BRONZE "5% A"
C51000 Phosphor Bronze alloy possess a higher yield strength than is readily available in most cast products. Typical applications for phosphor bronze include bearings, bushings, gears, pinions, shafts, thrust washers and valve parts. C51000 Phosphor bronze can be readily brazed or soldered. Capacity for being cold worked is good.

Ti 6Al-4V ELI
GANPAT METAL CORPORATION is a professional Mineral & Metallurgy manufacturer and have been exporting raw materials for more than 40 years. Our company has import and export rights, providing high quality products in many fields. With excellent quality and professional services, we have won the trust and support of more than 1000 customers worldwide.
One of the most commonly used titanium alloys is an alpha-beta alloy containing 6% Al and 4% V. This alloy, usually referred to as Ti 6Al-4V, exhibits an excellent combination of corrosion resistance, strength and toughness. Typical uses include medical devices or implants, aerospace applications and pressure vessels. In the case of medical applications, stringent user specifications require controlled microstructures and freedom from melt imperfections. The interstitial elements of iron and oxygen are carefully controlled to improve ductility and fracture toughness. Controlled interstitial element levels are designated ELI (extra low interstitials). Hence the designation Ti 6Al-4V ELI.
The 1950's saw the first use of titanium in orthopedic applications and now titanium is the standard material of choice for orthopedic devices such as hip joints, bone screws, knee joints, spinal fusion cages, shoulder and elbow joints, and bone plates.
Titanium has been selected as a metal of choice in the orthopedic segment of the market because it is inert in the human body, it is resistant to attack body fluids, has proven to be compatible with bone density, is strong and has a low modulus, hence making it an excellent material of choice in the orthopedic arena.
Applications
Fort Wayne Metals manufactures Ti 6Al-4V ELI in straightened and cut bar, coil, strands and cables, flat wire and wire form to support a variety of critical medical and industrial based applications. End uses include:
- Orthopaedic pins and screws
- Springs
- Orthopaedic cables
- Surgical staples
- Orthodontic appliances
- Ligature clips

Aluminium Grade HE30 6082 T6
Alloy 6082 is a heat treatable medium-high-strength construction alloy with medium-high fatigue strength. It combines very good corrosion resistance and very good weldability due to its lowered strength values in the welding zone. Good machinability and good cold formability after stabilising heat treatment are its other main benefits. This product is not suitable for complex sections.
