SEPL Desanders are effectively designed to remove fine drilled solids, sands up to the size of 50 microns employing centrifugal forces, from the drilling mud system by using specially designed hydro-cyclones, made out of very high quality polyurethane materials. The fluid entry angle is designed in such a way that the drilled solids are separated more efficiently, ensuring reduction in the loss of costlier drilling fluids. High quality polyurethane cones ensures very long life to reduces shut downs. They are available in three different models of capacity 500, 1000 and 1500 GPM, employing 12” cones attached to 8” or 10” manifold with a 4” inlet and 6” outlet.

SEPL Desilters are very efficient equipment employing principle of separation by centrifugal forces in removing even finer drilled solids, sand and silt particle size up to 20 microns. They are of balanced cone designed, which are manufactured in different models with minimum feed rates from 240 to 1440 GPM at 75 feet of head. Cones for the Desilter are made out of very high quality durable polyurethane materials. Feed entry angle is adopted in such a way to ensure effective removable of drilled solids, sand and silts from the drilling fluid. High performing cones made out of durable polyurethane material and other consumable spares ensures consistent productivity. 4” cones are used & they are attached to 6” or 8” manifold with 2” inlet & 2” outlet.

SEPL’s Hammer Unions, made from forged carbon steel are available in a choice of end connections with standard API line pipe threads and three wing lug forging. With highest quality of threads and seats, we give warranty against defects in material and workmanship, and interchangeability with similar components made by other manufacturers.

Performance series Pistons are constructed of Urethane bonded to a solid metal hub. The oil and chemical resistant urethane is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures under extreme drilling conditions. More dense polyurethane construction provides superior resistance to abrasive fluids providing optimum service life in harsh drilling conditions.

Advance series pistons are constructed of Nitrile rubber bonded to a solid metal hub. The oil resistant rubber is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures.

Pinnacle series Piston Assemblies are available both in single and double acting type.. Piston rubbers of Piston assemblies are manufactured by using very high strength polymer with very tough fabric backing. Special care is taken for accurate dimensions of Piston hub and formed from high grade steel to ensure very long life. SEPL,s Piston assemblies give very long life even under extreme working conditions. pistons are fully interchangeable with other API standard designed pistons and deliver maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions

Piston Rubber Assemblies are available as a kit comprising Piston Rubber, End Plate & Snap Ring for field replacement.

Full open Seat & wing guided Valve design features a large metal-to-metal bearing area for long life and the urethane bonded insert results in a perfectly round inset that prevents premature seal failures of the inserts. The insert is molded around the serrations, inserts failure due to tears from the serrations are eliminated. Most importantly the insert is not stretched over the valve during installation; there are no residual stresses from installation to shorten insert life.
