Crystal Logistic Cool Chain Ltd is a complete logistics and supply chain service provider. Crystal is one of the largest and fastest growing service providers in the integrated cold chain logistics solution space. Crystal provides services such as refrigerated warehousing (cold storages), refrigerated transportation on a pan-India network. Always on the cusp of innovation, Crystal also provides solutions such as express refrigerated transportation for LTL (less than truck load) consignments and portable cold storages. Crystal boasts to be the only company in the country to provide complete range of services with such wide gamut of solutions in the cold chain logistics industry.
Crystal traces its origin back in 1962, promoted by Mr. Murari Lal Agarwal began operations under the name M/S Harayana Transport Company. The company, primarily a transport service provider under the able leadership achieved great success and built its reputation in the market. Backed by its impeccable service and quality norms the company was successful dealing with the largest names in the industry such as Philips, Siemens, BPL, LG, Coal India, and ONGC among many others. The company has exponentially grown since then and began its cold chain operations in 2001 and has been one of the largest and fastest growing player ever since.

We at Crystal have recently surpassed a major benchmark and successfully completed the commissioning of our warehouse in Kolkata. The company now aims to expand its fleet further and build such warehouses across the country. The company is also strongly focusing on its two greenfield initiatives – Crystal Express & Portable Cold Storage Division, which are today at a nascent stage but hold tremendous potential.
The company has opened its arms to foreign collaborations to bring in strategic partners with technical know-how and best practices to ensure that we are able to provide best in class service, latest technology and cost effective solutions to our customers.
The major challenge posed in front of the company is building a professional environment while keeping its true essence of family managed business. The company is seeking to create an organization, where best practices of professionalism and family management can be synergized and leverage to highest gains. We now have set our targets and aim to achieve our Vision 2020 of 100,000 pallet places of cold storage capacity across the country, fleet of 500+ refrigerated vehicles, 500+ portable cold storage installations.

Our Technology
We are empowered with a large fleet of trucks equipped with GPS in order to track their positioning in real time. Further, we make use of data loggers, which are incorporated in our trucks for keeping a track of temperatures through out the transit. In addition, we own a computerized warehousing facility for effective and smooth management of all our consignment. Moreover, we plan to implement RFID system in our warehouse management in the near future.
