We do not deal with the pharmaceutical products with EMEA Reg No and US NDC code i.e. products licensed to sell within the USA or EU. However, on request by our clients, we can procure such products from the American and European partners if there are big orders with very large quantity.

Our products are easily reached to our domestic as well as international clients within stipulated time frame. It is possible due to having wide logistic support and distribution network. The logistic support is provided by Kuehne Nagel who is a global leader in international forwarding. It is popular among the top three worldwide contract logistics players. In addition, we also use the service of DHL Express and World Courier. They make sure of timely delivery of the product at the client’s destination.

In order to supply the pharmaceutical products in the domestic market, we are linked with Blue Dart (DHL's Local arm) and World Courier. World Courier and DHL are well-known specialized carriers of cold-chain shipments.

We own spacious and well-designed warehousing unit in Mumbai that is globally connected to other part of the world by road, air and water. The unit is spread over an area of approximately 1500 square feet (140 sq. meters). It is divided into various sections to stack every product separately. These sections are also labeled to ensure easy storage and fast retrieval. The unit is equipped with best refrigeration equipment supplied from Blue Star India. It guarantees of maintenance of temperatures between 2 and 8 degree Celsius.

Temperature Monitors: In addition, we also use temperature monitors, which is fabricated by 3M USA. These monitors are the best available indicators used for storage and distribution of (cold-line) refrigerated products.

We give utmost care to packaging of the pharmaceutical products. The packaging is done by using specialized German Patented Technology (Absolute-Cold.com). By using the technology, a consistent temperature of 2 and 8 degree Celsius is maintained during transit for a period of 120 hours (5 days). The time is sufficient for the shipment to reach any corner of the world.
