The Nauta mixer is a batch mixer, specially designed for segregative, free-flowing powders and pastes. It is famous for its low-intensity mixing. It is particularly suitable for mixing delicate products and processes that require very precise results.

Nauta mixers (also called Conical Screw Mixers) make use of a conical chamber with a vertical screw that mixes the powder or substance. Because no seals or bearings are exposed in product zone, there is no risk of lubricant contamination. Product Details:
V Cone Blenderis also called Tumbling Mixer due to tumbling motion. This equipment uses for a number of blending applications. V blender is a popular blender which is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry.

V Cone Blender is a machine equipped with two inclined cylinders fixed together at an angle 70°C to 90°C to form a conical "V" shape. When the blender tumbles the material inside constantly splits and recombines. The recommended fill-up volume for the V-Blender is 50 to 60% of the total blender volume. The discharge of the material is through the apex of the blender. Normal blend times are typically in the range of 5 to 15 minutes depending on the properties of a material to be blended.
