Product Details:
The double cone blenders are designed for the homogeneous combination of dry powdered and granular materials and is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries for mixing powder or granular materials.

The materials are fed into the mixing chamber via feed port manually or by vacuum conveyor. Only two-thirds of the cone is filled to ensure complete mixing. Materials can be completely mixed with high degree of homogeneity by Rotational Moment of mixing chamber. The paddle type bale in the cone strategizes the uniform mixing in the cone. We specially design our blenders in such a way that you could avoid the generation of dust from double cone blender. Horsepower is based on bulk density of 150 lbs./ft3.
