Through its optimised design, the flush process connection enables the cleanability of the wetted diaphragm to be integrated within the process. Low-maintenance and troublefree pressure measurement is thus also guaranteed in critical applications with frequently changing media.

We are offering Wika Diaphragm Pressure Gauge. The multi-functional intelliGauges present a cost-effective and, at the same time, reliable solution for nearly all pressure measurement applications. They combine the analogue indication of a mechanical pressure gauge, needing no external power, with the electrical output signal of a pressure sensor. These hybrid instruments are available with all commonly used electrical signals. The sensor works in a non-contact way, without any influence on the measuring signal. Many instruments are available in versions for use in hazardous areas.

For the highest demands
The pressure transmitters of the IS-3 series have been specifically designed for the highest industrial requirements in hazardous areas and feature the common approvals, such as ATEX, IECEx, FM and CSA.

The model IS-3 pressure transmitter is available with measuring ranges up to 6,000 bar and is suitable for applications ranging from general machine building to high-pressure applications.

Design
All wetted parts are manufactured from stainless steel and are fully welded. Internal sealing elements are completely avoided, so that the unit can be used with almost all media. The robust case is also made of stainless steel and provides a minimum ingress protection of IP65. IP68 versions are also available.

The process connections with flush diaphragm are particularly suitable for the measurement of viscous and contaminated media and ensure trouble-free pressure measurement at all times.

The optional field case of the model IS-3 enables operation in extreme environmental conditions and is resistant to acids, bases, oils and solvents. Via the field case connection integrated into the case's head, the electrical cabling can be installed quickly and easily.

Wika IS-3 range of hazardous area pressure transmitters with ATEX / IECEx approval for gas and liquid. Suitable for use within a vast range of demanding industrial & OEM pressure measurement applications. Resistant to vibration, shock & wide temperature variations thanks to a rugged exterior.
