The core component of Blade making is the Raw Materials which are being sourced from some of the best steel mills of the world. Different tool steel groups like water-hardening, cold-work, hot-work, shock-resistant, high-speed, Powder Metallurgy, Carbide and special grade are used depending on the application and requirement of the Knives, Blades, Rolls and the customers. The other important aspect the Heat Treatment is done 100% in-house. Each and every process is recorded for traceability to give a consistent quality product. Before being shipped each job is checked for its dimensional accuracy, Hardness and surface blemishe.
