Beginning with limited resources and capital, we are now meeting the needs of various customers across the nation. Our sister concern ‘Deep Moulds’ is famous as 'mould maker' and has the capacity of manufacturing more than 60 moulds/year. So far, we manufactured 450 precision oriented & technically critical moulds. Moreover, 'M/s Ahmadnagar Polymer Pvt. Ltd., is our molding partner. It has many injection molding machines, ranging from capacity 80 ton to 600 ton at Sanaswadi, Pune for manufacturing molded components. Our present growth and success is due to the support of a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is designed for meeting the highest quality and safety standards. The plant is installed with CAD/CAM technology, quality inspection instrument, precision machines & communication systems. Our infrastructure is manned with a skilled team of professionals that has around 150 man-years of collective experience in "shop floor" engineering. Owing to the collective support of these professionals, DPI has become one of the few manufacturers, indigenously producing intensive moulds. Moreover, owing to the support of our team of experts, cost-effective products and on-time delivery schedule, we have garnered a huge customer base. We are heading under the valuable guidance of our mentor, 'Mr. Dipen Parekh', who is a first generation entrepreneur and posses more than 20 years of experience in the business.
