Molecular Sieves is an aluminosilicate that has pore opening of about 4 Angstroms (0.4 micron) and typical chemical formula Na2OAl2O2SiO2 - nH2O. Our Molecular Sieves is available in two forms that are beads and pallets. Molecular Sieves is widely applied in dehydrating most of the fluids available in both static and dynamic conditions.

MOL SIEVE 4A can be regenerated by evacuating or purging usually at elevated temperature. The purge gas temperature must be sufficiently high to bring the molecular sieve to a level of 2000C to 3000C but not exceeding 6000C, Higher temperature may cause physical degradation of molecular structure. The degree of regeneration depends on the temperature, pressure and composition of the purge gas and is a strong factor in affecting product purity. It is possible to dry fluids to less than 0:1 ppm total sulphur and CO2 if adequately regenerated.
