At the organizational level, TNA evaluates the level of organizational performance. An analysis of this type will determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities that an agency needs. It determines what is required to alleviate the problems and weaknesses of the agency as well as to enhance its strengths and competencies, especially for Mission Critical Occupations (MCOs). Organizational Analysis takes into consideration various additional factors, including changing demographics, political trends, technology, and the economy.

Occupational Analysis

The analysis at this level examines the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for affected occupational groups. Occupational Analysis identifies the occupational discrepancies or gaps that exist.
