Sidharth Sharma A Hotel Management and a Tourism Graduate has over 14 years of hospitality experience in hotels of The Taj Group (The Taj Palace, New Delhi, The Taj President, Mumbai and The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai) and stand-alone restaurants (Geoffrey’s, The Oriental Bloom, New Delhi), was involved with the launch of a new concept of Oriental Food on the luxuries cruise liners of The Carnival Cruise, Miami, USA. His experience of working at an international platform has thus made him familiar with the highest standards of quality and production. Hosang Debta A Bachelor degree recipient from Institute of Hotel Management, in Hospitality and Hotel administration with experience of over 11 years having worked with The Park Hotels (Vishakapatnam), The Taj Group of Hotels (Bangalore), and with The Carnival Cruise Lines (Fine Dining Steak House), Miami, USA.
