Hall Effect Sensor IC WSH41FC DC Brushless Fan with FG
₹ 34/PieceGet Latest Price
WSH41FC is designed to integrate Hall sensor with complementary output drivers and frequency generator together on the same chip, it is suitable for speed measurement, revolution counting, positioning, and DC brushless motors. It includes a temperature compensated voltage regulator, a differential amplifier, a Hysteresis controller, two open-collector output drivers capable of sinking 400mA current load and an open-collector frequency generator capable of sinking 10mA current load. An on-chip protection diode is implemented to prevent reverse power fault. The temperature-dependent bias increases the supply voltage of the hall plates and adjusts the switching points to the decreasing induction of magnets at higher temperatures. Subsequently, the open collector output switches to the appropriate state. WSH41FC are rated for operation over temperature range from –20 ̊ C to125 ̊C and voltage ranges from 2.8V to 20V.

Functional Description:
The Winson WCS1800 current sensor provides economical and precise solution for both DC and AC current sensing in industrial, commercial and communications systems. The unique package provides easy implementation without breaking original system and makes current sensing possible. Typical applications include motor control, load detection and management, over-current fault detection and any intelligent power management system etc…
The WCS1800 consists of a precise, low-temperature drift linear hall sensor IC with temperature compensation circuit and a diameter 9.0mm through hole. Users can use system’s own electric wire by pass it through this hole to measure passing current. This design allows system designers to monitor any current path without breaking or changing original system layout at all. Any current flowing through this hole will generate a magnetic field which is sensed by the integrated Hall IC and converted into a proportional voltage.
The terminals of the conductive path are electrically isolated from the sensor leads. This allows the WCS1800 current sensor to be used in applications requiring electrical isolation without the use of opto-isolators or other costly isolation techniques and make system more competitive in cost.

The SS496A1 is a high accuracy miniature ratiometric linear hall-effect Sensor has ratiometric output voltage, set by the supply voltage. It varies in proportion to the strength of the magnetic field. A new Hall effect integrated circuit chip provides increased temperature stability and sensitivity. Laser trimmed thin film resistors on the chip provide high accuracy and temperature compensation to reduce null and gain shift over temperature. The quad Hall sensing element minimizes the effects of mechanical or thermal stress on the output. The positive temperature coefficient of the sensitivity helps compensate for the negative temperature coefficients of low cost magnets, providing a robust design over a wide temperature range.
- Small size
- Low power consumption
- Single current sinking or current sourcing linear output
- Built-in thin-film resistors, laser trimmed for precise sensitivity and temperature compensation
- Rail-to-rail operation provides more useable signal for higher accuracy
- Responds to either positive or negative gauss
- Quad Hall sensing element for stable output
