You read it right No catch here. We don't stop your rice or alcohol or non-vegetarian food items. You can eat absolutely everything, including pizzas, burgers and ice creams. But, we may ask you to change the portion size.

Only simple pleasurable activities required

Stay active. Do what you can enjoy. No need for the painful struggle. Gyms are not necessary and don't work for most people.

Simple ways to measure portions.

We give multiple options and you decide what to choose. Also, you can keep changing the options. So there is no need to follow the same boring diet everyday.

Only Natural food, No magic potions, No supplements

You eat your natural ethnic food what you are used to. We don't give you those mysterious potions, the ones no one knows what they contain.
