A scientific process of collecting data about sample behaviour of an individual using highly reliable and standardized assessment tools and procedures - in turn predicting behaviours in specific & different situations.
Assessment tools are chosen after an in-depth study of the needs for assessment and a comprehensive survey of available resources published here and abroad. Reports may be customized based on the needs of the referring authorities and within the guidelines defined by the publishers. All such diagnostics and reporting are undertaken by qualified psychologists.

A dedicated cell within Drishti is responsible for development and delivery of all our training programs. Whereas some of these programs are currently available modules, such as the Certification training for Special Tutors, the various Parenting workshops, or Study Skills workshops for high school students, others are custom designed for specific needs of the target population.
With the use of technology we ensure that some of the more important training programs can be effectively delivered via a distance education mode. The Drishti training department faculty are not just domain experts but also experienced in delivery of programs to varied audiences.

With a focus to enable schools and institutions to provide high quality special needs services to their students, our business development department has created various unique programs. These are based on our tried and tested training, assessment and therapy programs. Our BD managers are senior personnel who can help configure programs based on specific needs of each school. 
Whether it is just consulting for setting up a Resource room or providing Online Therapy programs to enable the school deliver in-house services, they have the experience to understand the needs and to deliver the required solution.

We understand that for a special needs program to run successfully in a school, it is imperative to provide regular guidance and support. The Drishti Special Ed mentors are uniquely experienced to ensure that all schools subscribing to any of the Drishti services have continuous support; not just by way of monitoring program efficiency, but also by assisting the school resource persons in problem solving.
Drishti is well aware that special needs is not a main-stream area of school administration. Thus, we are here to take care of this specialized service. With our expertise we aim to ensure high quality of service in the area of special education needs.

We at Drishti offer our own skills development programme, in addition to the prescribed curriculum to tutor children who are enrolled (or wish to enroll) in the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) programme. The experience of our educators in the critical field of remedial education help them identify the limitations of each student, and then specifically address them with the techniques derived from the remedial programmes.
