Dosage- Adults- 2 scoop ( 60 g)/ day , Children- 1 scoop ( 30 g)/ day to be added to 200 ml milk / water.

 How to use- 1] Porridge - 2 scoop Plant protein health mix + 200 ml milk/ water , (jaggery / dates / fruit) can be added 

2] Pancakes- 500 g of Plant protein health mix + 2 tablespoon ghee, 3 table spoon jaggery , 150 ml water. Mix all ingredients , make dough , make equal sized pancakes and roast them on pan adding ghee.
