Has hands on experience of sales & distribution of consumer goods with Dabur and Cadbury, handled large team size in Airtel and Nokia, was responsible for driving business growth, operations, customer acquisition, channel and distribution expansion.

Ajay did his MBA from IIMC.

Subba Rao NV CO Promoter & Director

Subba is an entrepreneurial hands-on business leader with +24 years exp in consumer goods, tele-communications, wireless applications/ solutions and retail sectors, where he has handled large teams and multi unit businesses. Earlier he held COO/ CEO/ Apex positions at Bharti Airtel, Tanla Solutions and TATA DOCOMO. Having started at P&G as a management trainee, he has worked and led over 25 brands. Over the years he has lived and worked in different geographies including US, Japan and Vietnam, while holding growth responsibilities via new product development, brand/ product management, sales & marketing, distribution, operations, business development, org development and P&L for such companies as P&G, Conagra Foods, Bharti Airtel Ltd., Tanla Solutions and TATA Docomo. He is an active speaker and has been a panel member at various forums like CII, 3GSM (Barcelona), CTIA (California), Mobile future forward Summit (Seattle) and leading educational institutions, in addition to being a Hyderabad Angels Member and advising /mentoring start ups.
