5. Any software or any support for software will be charged extra.
6.The responsibility of the material accepted by Client for rental basis shall be that of Client.

EFFICIENT SERVICES
8. Any physical damage to the material sent shall not be accepted & Client shall be liable for the damage caused.
9. Only the Engineer’s of Efficient Services shall be allowed to open the RENTAL material in case of any failure.
10 Octroi and Freight charges extra at actual.
11 Delivery time 5-7 working days after confirmation of order.
12 We will handle rental materials to & from our office in Mumbai.
13 Efficient Services. on its sole discretion can cancel the Agreement & Collect the material, if violation of terms without any prior notice.
14 If material is not returned during stipulated period then for delayed/excess period is not confirming by Efficient Services  rental charges will be double.
15 If Material is not return in it’s original condition or not return at all will liable you to pay replacement cost as of original.
