With the S 505 we have combined next generationmeasurement technology with modern user interface design.The experienced user knows that dew point measurementalso requires the measurement of line pressure (according toISO 8573), since dew point is pressure dependent.

With the S 505 the line pressure is measured in combination with the dew point, so the user can be confident that the calculation isaccurate and free from human error.S 505 comes with two sensor units: Sensor Q uses the newQCM technology which provides fast and accurate measurement results at dew points below –30°C down to–100°C.
Sensor P is for high moisture applications from-50° ... +50°C where the polymer sensor is moresuitable. Both sensors can be easily exchanged.

Additional features unique to the S 505 include:
1. A modern, state of the art graphical user interface with touchscreen functions for ease of operation similar to modern smartphones.
2. The data logger can record as many as 100 million valueswhich are stored on a flash card. The card can be removed forfast transportation of the recorded information to your PC, oralternatively the information can be transferred or read via USB .
3. Using a portable printer on-site printouts can be createdshowing the measured values, location and date/time. Ofcourse these values can be stored as well for report generationin your office.
4. S 505 comes in a robust transport casing including measuringchamber, battery charger, USB cable and a Teflon® hose allowingfor quick connection to the compressed air system and immediate measurements.

The S 120 oil vapor sensor monitors the oil content of compressed air and gases permanently or for spot checks when used as portable unit in conjunction with S 551. For best accuracy and long term stability, the S 120 sensor applies an automatic calibration. Sensor contaminations and sensor life time are monitored and indicated to the user.

An ‘over range’ detection removes the sampling air from thesensor to protect it against contamination.The simple installation and outstanding performance makes theS 120 the ideal choice when oil vapor content needs to be measured and monitored.

The S 430 is based on the pitot tube principle to measure flow.Properly installed (refer to instruction manual for details) the sensor can measure in wet and dirty gases as occurring, for example, at the discharge of a compressor.The sensor features long term stability, wide turn-down ratio andgood temperature stability. It can be used in compressed air andnon-corrosive gases.The sensor can be installed through a ball valve while the systemis pressurised.Various output signals allow the sensor to be connected to ourdisplays and/or third party displays and PLCs.

The flow sensor S 450 is based on the thermal mass flowprinciple. It measures volumetric standard flow over a widemeasuring range. The result is pressure and temperatureindependent.The S 450 is designed specifically for harsh environments.The IP67 casing allows all-weather applications. All parts whichcome into contact with the measurement medium are made ofstainless steel 316L. This allows applications in pharmaceuticaland food industry, but also the measurement of corrosive andcontaminated gas. The S 130 is a new generation laser particle counter optimized for applications in compressed air or compressed gases. With quality in mind and with the knowledge of customer needs this instrument is designed for continuous operation 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Depending on the selected model there is sensitivity available from 0.1 μm up to 5.0 μm. The S 130 can fulfill the requirements stipulated in the compressed air standard ISO 8573-4. Measurement values represent the particle counts per ft³, l or m³ or alternatively in μg/m³.
