Material of construction:

These are made up of virgin PP material

The trap has three parts-

Holder-which holds the lure,

Clear top-which is transparent and the trapped fruit flies can be monitored

Yellow bottom-It holds the liquid bait and the trapped fruit flies

Target Pests: All bactrocera species

Color: Standard clear top and yellow bottom

They are made up of plastic components. 
It has three components

Canopy

Funnel trap base

1) T shaped handle to hang up the trap.

2.       Product Description : the Delta trap is usually made of polypropylene flute board or plaing PP sheets or even laminated paper board. The name comes from its shape which is in the form of “ DELTA “ . the triangular shaped opening at both ends provides entry for the insects the trap to place a sticky adhesive sheet and a hanger to hold the pheromone dispenser.

6.       Application – how it works

Insects enter the trap through the triangular shape entrance in response to the pheromone that is placed inside the trap. Once inside the trap, insects strike against the wall while in flight and fall on to the adhesive sheet placed at the bottom of the delta trap.

Where in they will get stuck and killed.

·         Store away from sunlight until the actual moment of placing in the field.

·         Keep away from fire and heat of 60 C plus temperature

100 traps along with hangers are stacked in one card board carton.   

10.   About 500 to 1000 sticky liners are stacked one over another into a card board carton.
