Loxeal 3614 is a 2-part toughened epoxy adhesive, designed to bond to a variety of materials: composites, metals, ferrites, ceramic. It is suitable for assemblies of electromechanical details (permanent magnets on electric motors).
Work life of about 30-40 minutes and full cure in 24 hours at room temperature. Mixing ratio 1:1 by volume. It shows very good impact strength and a good resistance to water, oils and gasoline.

Directions for use:
The product is recommended for use on metal surfaces. Clean and degrease parts to bond with Loxeal Cleaner 10. Apply product in enough quantity to fill the gap. Put together parts and wait till product is cured. The product in liquid form may damage coated parts and elastomers and the
contact with some thermoplastics may induce stress-crackings non immediately evidenced. For application on non metal parts, contact Loxeal Technical Service. For disassembly, use normal tools and eventually heat pieces at +150°C/+250°C, remove any residue of cured product mechanically and clean pieces with Acetone.

Loxeal ISTANT 47 is an highly thixotropic ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive, suitable for bonding of rubber and plastics together or on a metal substrate. The gel consistency avoids run-off and drip for ease of use on vertical surfaces.
The high viscosity formulation and the delayed fixture time allow large gaps filling and
parts repositioning.
It provides proven temperature resistance up to +120°C with peaks up to +150°C for short times.

Gasketing anaerobic adhesive seals flat mating surfaces and joins flanges on pumps, gearboxes and differential housings. It replaces preformed gaskets and allows contact between metal parts forming a seal which is not prone to creep or relaxation. It forms a flexible and / or elastic gasket resistant to vibration, heat, oil and other industrial fluids. Parts can be disassembled using normal tools.

Cyanoacrylate adhesives are for instant and structural bonding of rubber, metals, ceramic, leather and a variety of plastics. Best results can be obtained with joint gaps of less than 0.1mm up to 0.2mm for special grades. The service temperature range is between -50°C and +80°C, although new high-temperature resistant formulations are available for use up to 180°C.
