Starting with the employee induction programme, training programmes on various aspects of operational safety are periodically conducted. In association with a global expert on safety procedures, a number of initiatives have been designed to ensure that all manufacturing processes and systems are executed in the safest manner. • Use of high-end technologies to recycle discharge and make it toxic free through a series of processes thereby leading to zero discharge manufacturing
• Three-tier safety committees to monitor safety initiatives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process and working standards for F&D and manufacturing units
• Round-the-clock medical care and safety training for all employees
• Use of sophisticated equipment to monitor air quality inside plants
