Class: Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) – Anticoagulant

🔹 Composition

Each prefilled syringe contains:
Enoxaparin Sodium 40 mg / 0.4 ml

🔹 Mechanism of Action

Enoxaparin mainly Factor Xa ko inhibit karta hai, jis se clot formation rukta hai.
👉 Yeh antithrombin III ke through kaam karta hai
👉 Thrombin formation kam hoti hai → clot progression control hota hai
