Ossiculoplasty is the repair of chain of bones meant for conduction of sound (ossicles).

Mastoidectomy is removal of decayed bone, repair of ossicles and ear drum.

Tonsils and adenoids are lymphoid tissues. Adenoids are situated at the back of the nose. Both the tonsils and adenoids are present since birth. Adenoids starts regressing by the age of 12 to 14 years, sometimes they do not regress.
If the child is having more than 5 episodes of tonsillitis in 2 years or they are causing breathing problem, it is advisable to remove it surgically.
As adenoids are present at back of the nose, if it gets enlarged , the child starts getting breathing problem, snoring, ear pain or reduction in hearing ability due to obstruction of eustachian tube.In these cases surgical removal of adenoids is advisable.

Many patients suffer from blockage of nose leading to discomfort in day to day activities and disturbances in sleep. This is due to deviation of nasal septum. Septoplasty is done to correct deviated nasal septum.

This is the surgery to correct shape of nose along with deviated septum.
I have undergone special training course in Rhinoplasty surgery at Marien Hospital, Stuttgart, Germany. I had an opportunity to learn the skills of this surgery under the guidance of Prof Gubisch, Plastic surgery dept at Marien Hospital. He is the master in Septorhinoplasty. He has devised many new surgeries by himself and conducts workshops at Germany and across the world for the same.
