With this package, we focus on the protein along with balanced carbs, fats & veggies which can be customized to a certain extent. We offer chicken, fish, egg, red meat in non-vegetarian and cottage cheese, soya, whole grains for vegetarians.
Calories
We make sure your daily intake of 1500 to 1700 calories is properly divided into 3 to 4 meals
Breakfast : 4 egg whites served with 75 gm of oats or any complex carbs | 100 gm of fruits or vegetables as per the recipe
Lunch : 120 gm of chicken breast or 30 gm of protein in lunch from any sources of protein served with good carbs like brown rice, barley or sweet potatoes and vegetables
Salad : 250 GMs of wonderful salads, extra protein can be added on request
Dinner We use one of the easily digestible protein 30 to 40 GMs of protein in dinner sources like fish served with whole grains and vegetables
