COOL PANE Tempered Glass is produced by heating up the float glass to a high temperature, then blowing air to its surface, cooling it down swiftly and uniformly. It is widely used in the constructions industry due to its superior strength, thermal stress immunity and impact resistance. The manufacturing process is full automatic thus ensuring flawless precision.

COOL PANE Laminated glass is manufactured by complete sealing of one or more inter layers of transparent tough polyvinyl butyral film (PVB) between two or more sheets of glass under constant heat and pressure. It is extensively used in architectural applications and vehicles because of its unmatched features. Depicted as Four Ss : Safety on impact, security through resistance, Solar Protection & absorption and Sound Reduction . COOL PANE Laminated Glass is also excellent for prevention of accidents due to shattering and has tremendous resistance to penetration.

COOL PANE Double Insulating Glass is made of two pieces of glass assembled together with spaces in between to maintain space uniformity. The air in the middle is kept dry constantly with special moisture absorbent material called desiccant and elastic sealants.

The bolted-on structural system is the less obtrusive alternative to glued on structural glazing. There are several system which hold the glass surface. In some cases, the fixing holes can be drilled and countersunk, so that the bolts are embedded in the thickness of the glass.

All-glass doors, are made of tempered glass, transparent or translucent, clear or tinted, with processed, highly polished edges and with holes and notches factory –cut to fix the accompanying metal fitting. There are standard door configurations but any door style swinging, sliding…) can be produced. These door systems which are very popular in the development world.
