Evaporative cooling reduces the dry bulb temperature & provides a better environment for human occupancy.
Evaporative cooling is a highly energy efficient environmentally benign & cost effective if current technology & equipment are used.

When compared to air-conditioning the evaporative cooling cost is approx 1/8th in terms of energy consumption.

Fresh & hot outside air is passed through a saturated special evaporative media (Wetted with a circulation pump of honey comb design). The air is coming out of the media is cooled due to evaporation. The cooled air is then is transported inside the work hall through galvanized steel ducting by a centrifugal blower. Adequately designed our system lowers the temp of the feed air by 7-15 deg centigrade.The body of Gee cool systems is made of rugged zinc coated sheets.

The water sump is made of hot rolled sheet and lined inside with fibre glass for corrosion resistance, stainless steel sump can be manufactured on special orders. The blower units are made of HR sheets and coated with epoxy paint for a long life and are dynamically balanced for a smooth and noiseless operation. The blowers aer heavy duty center hung forward curved. Single unit of capacity upto 1 Lakh cfm can be manufactured.
