• Superficial papillary carcinoma of the bladder – intravesical use to prevent recurrence.

• Malignant effusions (pleural, peritoneal, pericardial) – via intracavitary administration.

• Part of conditioning regimens in certain hematopoietic stem cell transplant protocols.
