Artificial limbs, also known as prosthetic limbs, are mechanical devices designed to replace a missing arm or leg and restore function, mobility, and appearance. They are used by individuals who have lost a limb due to trauma, disease, or congenital conditions (being born without a limb).

Main Types of Artificial Limbs:
