To treat erectile dysfunction-ED, take this drug by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually as needed. Take sildenafil at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4 hours, before sexual activity (1 hour before is the most effective). Do not take more than once daily.

A high-fat meal may delay how quickly the drug begins to work.

The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking. Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).

 • Adults up to 65 years of age- Take this drug once a day, 1 hour before            sexual intercourse, as a single dosage. The drug can also be administered 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity. If necessary, your doctor may change your dosage by increasing or decreasing the strength of the medicine.

 • Adults above 65 years of age- Usually, a smaller dose is given to patients above 65 once a day, 1 hour before sexual intercourse. Your doctor may advise you to take sildenafil citrate 100 mg or a weaker version of this medicine based on your health conditions. The drug can also be administered 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity. If necessary, your doctor may alter your dosage. It is not suggested for children or teens to use. If you suspect that you might need a more potent dose of Cenforce, you can increase your dose to 120 mg, 130 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg. However, thoroughly consult with your doctor before increasing the strength of the medicine.
