INTRODUCTION

IVERHEAL 12 TABLET contains Ivermectin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiparasitic agents. It is used to treat parasitic infections like intestinal strongyloidiasis (infection in gut caused by a type of round worm called strongyloides stercoralis), infection caused by Wuchereria bancrofti in blood and tissues and human scabies (infectious disease of the skin) after previous treatment has failed. It is also used for the treatment of Onchocerciasis (known as river blindness, parasitic disease caused by Onchocerca volvulus).

Before taking IVERHEAL 12 TABLET, inform your doctor if you have a condition called loa loa (eye infection) or have a weak immune system and taking any other medicines for other conditions.

IVERHEAL 12 TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless advised by the doctor. Contact your doctor before taking this medicine.

The safety and effectiveness of IVERHEAL 12 TABLET in children weighing less than 15 kg has not been evaluated. IVERHEAL 12 TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above).

The most common side effects of taking IVERHEAL 12 TABLET are diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, itching and fast heart rate. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

USES OF IVERHEAL 12 TANLET

It is used to treat:

·         Intestinal strongyloidiasis

·         Parasitic infection caused by Wuchereria bancrofti in blood and tissues

·         Human scabies after previous treatment has failed

·         Onchocerciasis (river blindness)

HOW IVERHEAL 12 TABLET WORKS

IVERHEAL 12 TABLET works by binding to the nerve and muscle cells of parasites leading to their death, thus helps to treat various parasitic infections.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take IVERHEAL 12 TABLET as advised by your physician.

For Tablet: Swallow IVERHEAL 12 TABLET with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. But in children younger than 6 years, the medicine should be crushed before swallowing.

For Dispersible Tablet: Disperse IVERHEAL 12 TABLET in the specified quantity of water as advised by your doctor. Consume the mixture immediately after reconstitution.

Dose and duration will be decided by your doctor depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

INTRODUCTION

ETROCLAS MR is a combination of Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and Muscle relaxants. It is used to reduce pain and swelling in the joints and muscles in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout and muscle spasm. This medicine is also used for the short-term treatment after dental surgery for moderate pain.

Muscle spasm is the rapid spontaneous contractions of the muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable. When the nerve impulses are damaged or interrupted that control muscle movement, it could lead to muscle spasms. Symptoms include muscle tightness, joint stiffness, unusual posture, difficulty in moving and pain in affected muscles and joints.

ETROCLAS MR is not recommended for use in patients having inflammatory bowel disease, severe congestive heart failure, peptic ulcer or cerebrovascular disease. Consult your doctor for advice.

Before taking ETROCLAS MR, inform your doctor if you have blood disorders, kidney problems, liver problems or heart problems.

ETROCLAS MR is not recommended to use among pregnant and breastfeeding women. The most common side effects of this medicine are stomach pain, dry socket, edema, dizziness, headache, palpitations, arrhythmia, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, gastritis, nausea and vomiting. Consult your doctor if the above side effects worsens or persist for a longer duration.
