recheado masala is a multy purpose masala for fish. A-clean and cut the fish on either side of the centre bone and stuff the masala. Keep for some time and fry till golden brown, your recheado fish is ready to serve. . For recipe 1: requirements - pomfret or mackerel or any flat fish, 1 lime. Method: 1. Clean fish & slit on either side of center bone. 2. Apply salt, lime juice & keep aside 3. Stuff the fish with goana recheado masala. 4. Shallow fry in oil till golden brown. Serve your goana recheado fish along with green salad, lime wedges & a mould of rice. For recipe 2: requirements - 1/2 kg of seafood like kalamari (squids) or oysters, 2 onions (sliced), oil. Method: 1. Clean 1/2 kg of seafood . 2. Cook the seafood for 10 min. On slow fire with 1/2 cup water. 3. Add 2 sliced onion & fry till golden brown. 4. Add 2 tbs of goana recheado masala & fry for 10 mins. this masala is made from green fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, tamarind, coconut vinegar, garlic, green chillies and a blend of spices. just apply to chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes. fry in oil or roast in a griller for a lovely chicken cafreal.
