SARAL VEG. Biryani Ingredients: 300g best basmati rice, 300g mixed vegetables finely chopped cauliflower, carrot, green peas or as per requirement,4 no's of Onions, 1 tsp Ginger paste, 1 tsp Garlic paste, '½ cup of fresh curd, 2 tsp of Saral Biryani/Pulav masala, ½ tsp Saral Turmeric Powder, 3 tbsp oil, 2 tsp pure ghee, ½ cup milk and Salt to taste.


For Garnishing: Chopped coriander, fried onion's slice, cashew nuts and kismis.


Method: Cook the basmati rice and vegetables (cauliflower, carrots & green peas) in a pressure cooker separately.

 

Take 3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 top Saral turmeric powder and cook till the oil separates. Add the fresh curd, 2 top of Sara! Biryani/Pulav masala and iodized salt as per taste. Mix all cooked vegetables together with pure ghee and milk. Cover pan with top lid & cook for 20 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, cashew nuts, kismis. Serve hot with raita/ salad/papad/ onion slices.

SARAL Chole Ingredients: 300g best quality white kabuli chana (soaked overnight), 3 finely chopped Onions, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 10 no's mint leaves, 1 tsp Ginger paste, 1 tsp Garlic paste, 2 tbsp Saral Chole Chana Mosaic, s tsp Saral Turmeric Powder, ltsp Saral red chilly powder and Salt to taste.


For Garnishing: Chopped coriander, onion's slice, 2 pieces of lemon.


Method: Cook 300g soaked kabuli chana in a pressure cooker. Make paste of 3 no's onions, 2 no's tomato, 10 no's mint leaves all together.

 

Take boiled kabuli chana with left over water add the paste with ltsp of Saral Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 tsp Saral Turmeric Powder, 2 tsp Saral Choir Chana Masala and iodized salt as per taste. Cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, onion's slice and lemon. Serve hot.

Method: Boil green peas in a pressure cooker. Take 1 tbsp oil, chopped onion, green chilly, garlic clove, cashew nut, 1 tbsp poppy seed, 1 tsp Saral cumin powder, ltsp kasuri methi, ginger powder. Add 1/2 cup of water. Keep for 30 minutes.

 

Grind for fine paste, then add 3-4 tbsp oil add above ready paste with 3 tbsp tomato puree, salt, Saral red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp Saral turmeric powder and 2 tbsp Saral kitchen king masala. Add boiled green peas with 300g fried panner pcs. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Ready to serve, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, serve with roti, nan, onion's and tomato slice.

Method: Cook the vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, cabbage & green peas) in pressure cooker. Grind to make a vegetable paste and keep aside. Cook 3 no's potato & mash separately.

 

Take a big pan add 4tbsp butter, a pinch of asafetida, ltsp ginger paste, 1tsp garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped capsicum fry on low flame till the onions turn pink in colour. Add grind vegetables paste, chopped tomato, 3 tbsp Saral pay bhaji masala, 4 no's finely chopped green chilly, 1/2tsp Saral kashmiri red chilly powder, ltsp Saral coriander powder, 1/2tsp Saral turmeric powder, 2tsp iodized salt eras per taste cook for 10 minutes. Now add mashed potato's cook for 7 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped coriander, onion slices, 2 pieces of lemon, cucumber-tomato salad and its ready to serve.

Ingredients: 100g moong and 100g brown channa (both soaked overnight), 2-3 no's of mashed potatoes, 100g salted boondi, 8-10 green chillies, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 tsp Saral Paani Puri Masala, 1 tsp Saral Red Chilly Powder, 2 tsp Saral Chat masala and Salt to taste.


Method: Boil moong, brown channa and other sprouts in a pressure cooker. For the filling mix the mashed potatoes and sprouts in a large bowl with ltsp of red chilly powder, chat masala and salt as per taste.


Preparation of Paani: Grind mint leaves, green chillies, ginger to a fine paste. In a bowl take lltr. cold water. Add 2tbsp Saral Pani Puri Masala with above ready paste. Add salted boondi and stir. You may add ice cubes to the water. Make a hole in pun, fill with potato n sprouts mixture and serve with the spiced pani. Makes 100 Puns.
