About the Authors

Thomas Erickson is an interaction designer and researcher whose approach to systems design is shaped by work in sociology, rhetoric, architecture, and urban design. He has contributed to the design of a number of products and authored about ten publications on topics ranging from personal electronic notebooks to pattern languages and virtual community. Originally trained as a cognitive psychologist at the University of California, Sa Diego, he spent five years a t a startup company, nine years at Apple Research, and finally joined IBM in 1997 as a research staff member. His primary aim is to study and design system that support network mediated group interaction.

Dr P.V. Khatri is M.Com., MBA, LL.B. and PhD from University of Delhi. His areas of interest include Law, Marketing and HRM. Having authored eight books, he has published number of research paper in various journals. He has been a Professor and Director of Delhi College of Advance Studies, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. He is on the Editorial Board of various journals. Besides being an Associate Professor, in Deptt. Of Commerce, Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi, he is also a visiting Professor in Indian Law Institute and different Business Schools.

Dr. Srivastava is associated with various academic bodies in the field of Psychology and Management. He has supervised twenty-two Ph.D. and Sixty Master Degree research works and contributed more than hundred research papers and articles to various journals in India and Abroad. He has to his credit six books, three conferences proceedings and six psychological instruments, which are widely used in psychological and social research. Dr. Srivastava has completed four research projects sponsored and financed by ICSSR and UGC New Delhi. He has organised three conferences at National and International levels in Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. Simultaneously, he has been member of Executive Committee of International Association for Peace Psychology (IAPP). Dr. Srivastava worked as a member of the advisory editorial board of the Research Journals.

Dr. Patiraj Kumari is presently Senior Faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, IInd Campus of Gurukul Kangri University, Dehradun Dr. Kumari has completed her post graduation from B.H.U. in the Department of Psychology. She earned Ph.D. degree from B.H.U. Besides attending National and International Conferences, she has contributed research papers and articles on various facets of Management and Psychology in leading journals of academic repute.
