The Titralab AT1000 Series laboratory analysis systems are one touch, automatic analysers, covering both Potentiometric Titration (AT1000 Series) and Karl Fischer volumetric Titration (KF1000 Series) with pre-set methods that can quickly deliver accurate and reliable results straight from the box, allowing anyone in the laboratory to immediately perform accurate and reproducible titrations.

A Titralab 1000 Series system is composed of two elements: The Application Package and the Titrator (AT1000 or KF1000). The Titrator is delivered preassembled for quick setup, and the application package includes all specific elements to make it quick and easy for anyone to set up and operate a test without need for any complex programming.

By providing automatic titrations that reduce testing complexity, the Titralab AT1000 Series increase confidence in results and eliminates operator interpretation commonly associated with manual titration.

Automatic titration without all the complications
The AT1102 model is an accurate, reliable and easy to use instrument for performing titrations in the laboratory. This titrator was designed in Germany as part of the Hach Titralab AT1000 family of automatic titrators and includes one burette and two measurement inputs. The titrator is delivered preassembled for easy installation and does not require complex programming like other titration systems on the market. This system offers superb dependability so you don’t suffer from downtime and it is easy to use for all skill levels, reducing operator training and process time. In fact, with an autotitrator the operator will be able to begin preparing the next sample while the instrument is performing the current measurement, thus improving lab throughput. More importantly however, the automatic titrator eliminates manual processes and operator interpretation, significantly improving accuracy and reliability so you can trust your measurements from day to day. If you perform any of the titrations listed in the Application Packs section below this is the instrument for you.

Hach’s new TL23 lab turbidimeter brings a new face to the trusted legacy 2100N and 2100AN turbidimeters. It utilizes the same optic bloc while delivering an improved user experience with its intuitive interface, which ties perfectly to the rest of Hach’s laboratory instruments.

Having the same optic bloc means that you can replace your old 2100N/AN with a TL23 turbidity meter without having tochange any of your standard operating procedures.

Just like the legacy instrument, the TL23 lab turbidimeter comes in 4 different models:
  • 2100N is replaced by TL2300 (EPA, up to 4,000NTU)
  • 2100NIS is replaced by TL2310 (ISO, up to 1,000NTU)
  • 2100AN is replaced by TL2350 (EPA, up to 10,000NTU)
  • 2100ANIS is replaced by TL2360 (ISO, up to 10,000NTU)

The instrument also utilizes RFID technology, allowing it to automatically let you know if your TNTplus reagents have expired, while detecting coefficient factors to avoid errors which can occur in lot-to-lot variations in the chemistries.

The DRB200 thermostat ideally complements the Hach reagents (COD, TOC, Test 'N' tube). Two separately controllable heating blocks enable cuvettes and reaction vessels to be digested at identical or different temperatures and time settings. The heating blocks heat from ambient to 150 degrees in less than 10 minutes. The DRB200 has a digital timer with an automatic switch-off and acoustic signal and the two transparent splash protection lids close the thermostat while it is heating. The integrated anti overheating feature and the insulated external shell provide additional safety. The reactor will emit an audible signal and automatically shut down at the end of the run. The reactors only support the 13mm diameter TNTplus vials and the 16 mm Hach chemistry vials.

Easy-to-use and fast
The Hach DRB 200 Dry Thermostat Reactor provides unique one-key operation. Programs for Hach procedures with digestion are preprogrammed into the instrument. And it’s fast—the block heats from 20 to 150°C in less than 10 minutes.

Safe to operate
The fully insulated heater block of the DRB 200 reactor means there can be no skin contact with the heater block. Temperature safeguards are provided to prevent overheating. The lids are transparent and lock do deter premature checking of the progress of the reaction. And the reactor will emit an audible signal and automatically shutdown at the end of the run.

Versatile
Use the DRB 200 reactor for digestions for metals analysis, digestions for nutrients analysis, or culture biological samples. Control temperatures in the reactor from 37 to 165°C in 1°C increments. In addition to preprogrammed digestion methods, use the reactor to program and store up to three custom methods.

Accommodates Most Test Vials
The DRB 200 reactor can heat solutions in round vials of two different sizes. Small, 16-mm diameter vial wells are suitable for Hach COD, UniCell™, TOC, and Test ’N Tube vials. Larger, 20-mm diameter vial wells are intended for sample preparation reaction vessels using the Metals Prep Set.

Select the Dual Block Model for Simultaneous Digestions
Two heat blocks in the DRB200 Dual Block Models reactor give the operator independent control of two temperatures and durations. Use this option to run two programs at the same time. A Single Block DRB Reactor cannot be upgraded to a Dual Block Model at a later time.
