C S Electric was acquired by Siemens Ltd (India) in 2021 and certain businesses were carved out of the acquisition in to a separate entity called Trimaster Pvt Ltd, owned by the previous promoters of C&S Electric C&S Electric is a leading manufacturer of power management products, operating in the Indian and global markets for over 6 decades. Trimaster has a strong balance sheet with an equity base in excess of USD 30M, and combined revenues in excess of USD 60M. Team strength in excess of 1000 people, 2 manufacturing facilities in India, 1 manufacturing facility in Belgium and sales offices across India and in Holland, United Kingdom and UAE
Trimaster owns 4 operating businesses:
1. Eta-com, a global specialist in cast resin busbars
2. C-Sec Technologies, a leading manufacturer of medium voltage switchgear
3. CSH Power, a leading manufacturer of silent diesel generators (50% JV with Himoinsa Spain)
4. RS Components & Controls, a high service level industrial distributor (50% JV with RS Components UK)
Ashok Leyland, is one of our partner, has an authorized dealership network spread evenly throughout the country. and supply their diesel engines to our organization for usage in thegensets offered by us. The diesel generators provided by us are manufactured using high-grade CRCA sheets, foam and Rockwool.
We have a one of the largest DG manufacturing plant in India which is spread over an area of 10 acres and is equipped with the latest machines & technologies. Our quality controlling unit is used for conducting various tests on the products in order to make sure that quality is maintained throughout the range. The research & development wing assists us in upgrading the product line as per industry requirements while the warehousing & packaging unit allows us to carefully store & pack the gensets offered by us.
In our endeavour to provide the best products, we have been able to gain a stronghold in the domestic & international markets and have become the primary choice of numerous telecom operators.
