Job Profile:
Clients requires experienced IT Professional to fill-in a Senior level position.
Selected Professionals will be those who have had a proven record of outstanding performance in selling the Managed IT Services, Disaster recovery and Business Continuity.
The job will involve tapping the potential clients, understanding the IT requirement of their business, discussing and suggesting technology solutions, coordinating with Operations team for providing Services to the client, build and maintain relations with existing clients to generate more business.

Job Responsibilities:
*Grow new and existing accounts and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business solutions i.e. Managed Application Hosted Services, Hosted email and Exchange Services, Data Center co-location services, Managed IT & Infrastructure Services to clients.
*Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings of Companys horizontal and vertical markets.
*Working in tandem with Potential Existing/New Accounts understanding their needs and proposing complete Solutions.
*Dealing with Negotiations and Deal Closures.
*Primarily Generating business from SMB and enterprise business units in the assigned territory.
*Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and procuring new Business.
*Constant interaction with clients to understand requirements, scope and business potential, maintaining good client relationship.
*Achieve business and revenue targets on monthly/quarterly basis.
*To develop marketing & sales strategies and to get approval of the top management for implementing the same.
*To impart training to sales team both in selling skills as well as in technical aspects of the services and products being sold.
*To continuously monitor actual sales against target and to motivate team members to ensure their achievements
*Aggressive lead management and follow-up. To carry out weekly & monthly reviews of the hot leads and the sales achievement against targets.
*Manage and update customer database and order processing
*Working with other departments to ensure that every customer is taken care of promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* The candidate should have demonstrated experience & selling skills on following service lines,

1. Managed IT Services including Facility Management Services FMS, Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) or Remote Management Services (RMS)
2. Storage systems
3. Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V)
4. Other IT infrastructure services such as – Servers, storage, Backups, Mail Systems, Windows Server, Security, Firewall, Antivirus, etc.
5. Hosting Services such as – Web Hosting, email hosting, Virtual Private Server (VPS), Dedicated/Managed Server.
6. Previous track record of Account Management.
7. Experience in selling auditing and consultancy services will be a plus.

Exp : 5 -8 Yrs

Responsibility:-

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting and Cold Calling for IT Services with a professional business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.

At least 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably selling IT/Technology solutions.

Prior experience in business communication over the phone with ‘C Level’ executives.

New Business/ Client acquisition, Lead Generation, Qualify Opportunities, thereby initiate the sales lifecycle, widening the corporate sales funnel.

Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including market research, opportunity qualification due diligence and closing.

Send email campaigns/ newsletters.

Efficiency into follow ups, Account penetration.

Any Graduation with Science (Specialization with Technology), MBA preferred.

Job Description
* Experience of min 4-5 yrs in Infrastructure PreSales role at a reputed organization.
* Expert at probing IT requirements in conjunction with the Sales team and presenting an appropriate solution to end user.
* Act as expert in designing of complex customized IT Infrastructure design.
* Liase with ops team to vet the solutions designed before customer presentation.
* Work with Projects to define the Project Schedule and ensure timely delivery of solution.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities
Core Tasks
* Part of Sales teams to
o Understand end customer technical requirements o Derive possible solution options meeting customer requirements o Agree on best fit solution
* Technical designing includes:
o Description of solution (technical).
o High level and low level network diagrams o Coordinate with ops to get proof of concept testing o Work with Sales team to prepare the Bill of material o Sign-offs from customer o Highlight associated risks and assumptions o Provide coordination support to operations teams during implementation.

Role Requirements

Knowledge & Experience
* 4 – 10 years” experience in IT industry; latest 3 years of relevant experience with Service Provider Working knowledge of Enterprise Technologies such as Windows Server, SQL,Server H/W, Storage, Virtualization, Firewalls, Switching, Clustering, Backups, Mail Systems, Web, DNS, Security etc in an enterprise Infrastructure environment.
* Extensive skills on CLOUD including Vmware/ XEn/HyperV/KVM.
* Must have in-depth knowledge on Windows Environment. Hands-on experience would be an added advantage.
* Ability in writing technical documentation.
* Should be able to perform capacity planning and provide recommendations
* Knowledge of Linux would be a BIG PLUS
* Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.

Academic & Professional Qualifications
* B.Tech/B.E/Diploma
* High level proficiency in using MS-Office Tools
* Technical certification (Microsoft ,ITIL ) or equipment specific courses

Job Description:
*Strong System Administration skill which includes installing linux server, shell scripting, system configuration and over all Linux knowledge.

*String database administration skill using MySQL.

*Experience in any scripting language like Shell /Perl would be an added advantage.

*Proven ability to learn and implement unfamiliar technologies.

*Experience in SVN/Git would be an added advantage.

*Strong knowledge of System Monitoring tool using Nagios/Opsview or Cacti.

*Research into new technologies that can enhance productivity for us or our customers. Obtain product, test it and document for deployment.

*Installing and managing vpn, postfix, dns, web, application and backup servers in diverse environments.

*Troubleshooting for web technologies, Apache, tomcat, cpanel

*Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

*Mentor junior Linux systems administrators

Candidate Must have experience on
* Linux/Solaris/Unix
* Knowledge of Shell or Perl Scripts is added advantage
* To be able to perform in 24 X 7 Environment in shift roaster.

*Should be comfortable working in night shifts

Experience 7 to 15 years.Education – “Diploma” “BE” “DME”

BE/DME/Dip or Degree.

Previous exposure or knowledge: Industrial exposure.

Previous Industries Worked for: Manufacturing and production industry.

Preference will be given to the experience Manufacturing Industry.

EXPERIENCE:3 to 4 years of Informatica experience,QUALIFICATION: B.E or equivalent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Informatica development, support, enhancements and bug-fixing.Enhance, customize, trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing implementation.Production support for the solution in order to minimize system outages.Investigate and/or resolve issues of inconsistent, inaccurate or missing data.Strong Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter – ETL Tool,Define data relationships, mappings and definitions.Data Model knowledge – an understanding of the structure of the data, what’s contained in the DataWarehouse, data sources and data quality issues,Tool support and installation – Monitor tool usage and perform tool upgrades.Create Stored Procedures with complex SQL Joins and use of Cursors
