IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has r
eceived a Letterof Award (LoA) from Neelkamal Realtor Tower Private Limited (NRTPL) for construction of ‘Orchid Heights’, a high-rise residential project at Byculla in Mumbai. The total value of Shell & Core portion of the contract is Rs. 675 Crores, which is to be completed in 39 months. The timeline for committed scope of Finishing, and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work shall get decided during the course of execution which will further enhance the contract value.

The prestigious ‘Orchid Heights’ project has two high rise towers – Tower A and Tower B having heights of about 274 mt, and 201 mt respectively with total built-up area of around 28,22,134 sq.ft

IL&FS Engineering Services has received an order from CE NAVAC (Naval Academy) for construction of a hospital complex, Commandant’s residence and other civil works at Ezimala in Kerala. NAVAC is Asia's biggest Naval Academy set in a picturesque location on the Arabian seacoast. This project was the dream child of late Rajiv Gandhi, who had laid the foundation stone. The hospital works include provisions for all modern amenities, and a prestigious building complex.

Interestingly, there is a mythological story attached to Ezimala that stands apart for its beauty. It is believed that during the great epic of Ramayana, Hanuman while carrying Sanjivini mountain to save the life of Lakshmana, accidentally happened to drop a small piece in this area. As a result, this hillock is believed to be rich with herbs that have medicinal value.The construction period is 18 months from the start of the project. The project start date is November 7, 2007.

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Ireo Private Limited for construction of its luxurious residential project ‘Gurgaon Hills’ located at Sec-02, Gurgaon, Haryana . Total value of the project is Rs. 175.80 Crores, which is to be completed in 39 months.

The scope of work includes construction of civil, structural, internal finishes (common areas and hardscape), boundary wall, external development works for the project, and management, coordination, and supervision works for electrical low side, IT/LV, plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, basement ventilation, gas piping, water treatment plant, swimming pool, water bodies including basements underneath works and other associated works of the project.

The prestigious ‘Gurgaon Hills’ luxury residential project has Six Towers (20 to 26 Storey) with total built-up area of around 1.77 Million sq.ft including basement, EWS, Club House, and so on.

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Cairn India Limited for a total value of Rs. 52.47 Crores for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract of Cairn Centre of Excellence and Allied Works at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This Buildings & Structures (B&S) project entails construction of Staff Quarter, Guest House, Administration, Cafeteria, Mess, Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, Academic, and so on. The project completion period is 15 months.

The scope of work includes Design & Engineering, Electrical Works, Fire Detection & Fighting System, Interior Fitout Works, External Landscape Works, External Infrastructure Services, Civil & Structural Works, HVAC Works, PHE Works, IT & LV System Works, External Development Works, and so on

Construction of residential quarters of 304 dwelling units spread over an area of 2.73 lacs sft.

Maytas Infra Saudi Arabia (MISA), a subsidiary of IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Saudi Binladin Group for Road Drainage Works for King Abdul-Aziz International Airport Development Project-Phase1, Jeddah in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The total value of the contract is Saudi Riyals 166.89 Million (Equivalent to INR 268 Crores approx.).

The scope of work involves construction of Road Drainage Works including excavation, steel reinforcement, concrete works, erection, and backfilling.

IL&FS Engineering Services has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) to construct Hyderabad’s first Integrated Multilevel Automated Car Parking facility for Charminar Robo Park Limited (an SPV company formed by Futureage Consortium) for a total value of Rs. 35.04 Crores at Khilwat in Hyderabad. IL&FS Engineering Services was shortlisted as the preferred Contractor for this Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) contract. The period of completion is 14 months.

This Multilevel Automated Car Parking facility is a pioneering initiative taken by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to decongest parking spaces, and is the first one in Hyderabad. Once completed, this facility can accommodate 440 cars and 250 scooters in a fully automated fashion.
