ICNCL distributes it Analog, Digital CTV and high speed internet services using its overhead and leased UG fiber network. In totality ICNCL commissioned more than 5000 KM of overhead cable to cater eastern part of India and leased around 2000 KM of UG cables from telecom provider like TTSL, RailTel and Vodafone to cater long haul. From each of its Headend average reach of signal is more than 150 KM in all directions.

In Kolkata the overhead network are interconnected in mesh architecture to have redundancy against fiber cut.

ICNCL has got a highly skilled technology department comprising of a group of experienced engineers in head-end management, network design & maintenance and quality parameters. ICNCL also employs around 150 skilled / semi skilled technicians who have been well trained in the art of network installation, testing & maintenance.

The Company has well-equipped Test & Measurement equipment for network testing & management such as Spectrum Analyzers, OTDRs, Splicing Machines, Optical Power Meters, QAM Analyzer etc.
