It was in 1974 that two technocrats, actually conscious of the health and medical needs of the masses, joined hands to form a drug-manufacturing unit, a partnership firm. At that time the best available modern plant was installed and got the license to manufacture small volume liquid parenterals eye and ear drops. And thus was established Indus Pharma at Delhi. In 1987, the organization was reconstituted into a Private Limited Company , with the name Indus Pharma (P) Ltd. to face the challenges of growth.
