The EE776 flow meter set new standards in terms of safety and easy assembly. The patented non-return protection combines three functions in one device: 

Non-return protection
The probe can only be moved in one direction during installation, and it cannot return at all, even if it is released.

Seal
By means of an encapsulated O-ring, the pressurized gaz cannot leak during probe mounting.

Probe positioning
The precise positioning with respect to immersion depth and orientation is easy to perform, guaranteeing accurate measurement results.

An optional ½" ball valve enables the installation and removal of the probe without interruption of the gas flow. Every EE776 flow meter undergoes a precise factory calibration procedure at a pressure of 9 bar (130 psi), the corresponding calibration certificate is included in the standard scope of supply.

EE776 features two outputs which can be configured as analogue (current or voltage), alarm or pulse output for consumption metering. The EE776 flow meter is available with an additional MODBUS RTU or M-BUS (Meter-Bus) interface.
    

Excellent Measuring Performance
The high-end E+E humidity sensing element is protected by the E+E proprietary coating against corrosive and electrically conductive pollution. In combination with a robust sensing head and fully encapsulated electronics, the EE072 provides highly accurate and long-term stable measurements even in harsh and condensing environment.

EE872 incorporates the E+E dual wavelength NDIR CO sensor, which automatically compensates for ageing effects, is highly insensitive to pollution and ensures an outstanding long term stability. The multi-point CO and temperature adjustment leads to an outstanding measurement accuracy. The RH sensing element with E+E proprietary coating is suitable even for aggressive and corrosive environment.

Beside CO, the EE872 measures also relative humidity (RH), temperature and ambient pressure (p). Additionally, the devices calculated also the dew point temperature (Td).

The heated versions of the EE872 are suitable even for high humidity and condensing environment. The IP65 enclosure and the PTFE filter cap offer excellent protection in polluted environment. With a catalytic filter cap, the EE872 is also appropriate for applications with periodical H2O2 sterilization.

The CO measured data is available simultaneously on the analogue voltage and current outputs. Depending on the EE872 version, the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol offers also the RH, T, p, or Td data.

The free PCS10 Product Configuration Software together with an optional adapter cable facilitates the configuration and adjustment of the EE872.

The multi-point CO and temperature factory adjustment leads to an excellent CO measurement accuracy over the entire temperature working range.

EE040 is dedicated for cost effective measurement of the relative humidity (RH) and temperature (T) in OEM applications.

The proprietary E+E coating protects the RH sensor against dirt, dust and corrosion, which leads to excellent long-term stability even in polluted environment.

The measured data is available on two analogue voltage EE040 outputs.

The design of the probe, the plug connection and the mounting flange included in the scope of supply facilitate the design-in, installation and replacement.

The measured data is available on the voltage or current output, as well as on the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol. Alternatively, the EE431 features a passive output with a wide choice of temperature sensing elements.

The device can be mounted either with the plastic mounting flange or via external mounting holes at the enclosure. The innovative immersion well is dedicated for measurement in liquids and allows for fast and safe replacement of the sensor. The EE431 with RS485 interface is appropriate for daisy-chain wiring.

Measuring Performance

The EE260 humidity and temperature probe has a dual heating system (sensing element and probe heating). This prevents condensation on the RH sensing element, the sensing head and the filter cap. The probe therefore provides precise and reliable measurement results even in the case of permanent high humidity.

Another benefit of the dual heating system is the very short response time and a fast recovery after condensation.

The E+E sensor coating improves the long-term stability and service life in dusty and corrosive environments.

Compact and Robust

The innovative enclosure of the EE260 combines a heated humidity sensing head and an additional temperature sensing element in a single probe.

Due to its compact design, the probe is compatible with commercially available rotationally symmetric sensor radiation shields.

The robust IP67 enclosure made of UV- and heat-resistant elastomer protects the internal electronics from environmental influences and mechanical damage.

Analogue and Digital

The EE260 probe provides the measured data simultaneously on two freely configurable voltage outputs and via the RS485 interface (Modbus RTU).

Based on the measured humidity and temperature values, the EE260 calculates further humidity-related quantities such as the dew point temperature, absolute humidity or mixing ratio.

Versatility
The EE212 is available for wall or duct mount as well as an outdoor version. It features two analogue outputs as well as a BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU interface and optional graphic display. Besides the accurate RH and T measurement, the sensor calculates various humidity related parameters such as dew point temperature, absolute humidity and mixing ratio.

Outstanding Reliability
The proprietary coating of the E+E sensing element, the wide choice of filter caps and the IP65 / NEMA 4 enclosure ensure excellent long-term performance of EE212 even under challenging working conditions. Interchangeable, Robust Sensing Module
The injection-moulded sensing module inside the sensing head is mechanically highly stable, easy to handle and requires no tools for replacement. The electronics inside the module is encapsulated and therefore best protected against condensation.

The free EE-PCS Product Configuration Software and an optional adapter cable facilitate the configuration and adjustment of the EE212. The configuration includes the measurands assignment (two on the outputs and up to three on the display), the output scale and the display settings.

EE060 features voltage outputs (0-1/5/10 V) for humidity and temperature, as well as optional passive T output.

EE061 has 4-20 mA output for humidity and a passive T output.

With encapsulated measurement electronics inside the sensing probe and E+E proprietary coating protection of the sensors, the EE060 and EE061 probes offer outstanding long term stability and reliability even in heavily polluted applications. With an optional radiation shield the probes can be also employed outdoors.

The probe has both analogue and digital outputs and is available with either cable or M12 connector. It is possible to choose between active and passive temperature measurement.

The probe is easily installed and dismounted thanks to the M12 thread. Low power consumption and short start-up time make the EE08 ideal for battery operated systems.

The EE451 measures accurately the temperature indoors and outdoors in building automation, HVAC and process control and enables weather-dependent temperature regulation.
The T measured data is available on the voltage or current output, as well as on the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol. In addition, EE451 features a wide choice of sensing elements for passive T measurement.

The compact and robust enclosure allows for easy and fast installation and unbiased detection of ambient temperature.

Various models are available including wall, duct and remote probe. The remote probe can be used from -80 °C (-112°C) up to 180 °C (356 °F) and the pressure tight probe up to 20 bar (290 psi). The design of the enclosure allows easy mounting and maintenance of the unit. EE310 is available with IP65 polycarbonate or stainless steel enclosure. Measured values are available on two analog outputs and on the optional digital interface RS485 with Modbus RTU or Ethernet with Modbus TCP.

The state of the art TFT colour display shows up to four measurands simultaneously and offers extensive error diagnostics. The integrated data logging function saves all measured and calculated values. The data can be displayed as graph directly on the device or easily downloaded via USB Interface.

Power Supply and Outputs

EE800 with analogue outputs features an optional passive T sensor, while EE800 with digital interface (Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP) calculates additional physical quantities: absolute humidity, mixing ratio, enthalpy, frost point temperature and water vapor partial pressure.

The EE220 basis unit can accommodate one combined EE07 RH and T probe or two separate EE07 probes, one for RH and one for T. The probes can be plugged onto the basis unit either directly, or with M12 extension cables up to 10m (32.8ft) long. A loop calibration or adjustment in the field, as required by the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) regulated industries is easily possible for the EE220 with two separate probes.

The EE220 basis unit is available with polycarbonate or with metal enclosure, appropriate for suitable for wall mount or for installation on rails (DIN EN 50022). An optional kit facilitates the mounting of the probe in a duct.

For surface moisture monitoring or for the early detection of condensation danger, EE220 can accommodate the EE03 RH & T module (see data sheet EE03).

It features a heated humidity probe and an interchangeable temperature probe. Excellent performance of EE211 even in polluted, aggressive environment is ensured by the combination of completely encapsulated measurement electronics inside the humidity probe and the long-term stable HCT01 sensor with E+E proprietary coating.

The EE211 enclosure is rated IP65/NEMA 4, minimizes installation costs and provides outstanding protection against pollution and condensation. All measured and calculated values are available on the Modbus RTU interface whereas two of the values are available on the analogue voltage or current (3-wire) output. Additionally up to three values can be shown simultaneously on the optional illuminated display.

With the optional USB configuration adapter the user can set the Modbus RTU interface parameters, the display format, the measured parameters and the output scaling. Furthermore, the user can perform an one or two point humidity and temperature adjustment. The T probe can also be adjusted separate, whereby the reference can be a high accuracy dry block calibrator.

The measuring principle of EE33-T17 with separate humidity and temperature probes and dual heating enables precise continuous measurement even at permanent high humidity.

The EE1900 module consists of an electronics board and a sensing probe. It employs an innovative combined humidity and temperature sensing element, which is well protected from pollution and corrosion by the proprietary E+E coating. This leads to high accuracy and excellent long-term stability even under harsh environmental conditions.

Thanks to the Automatic Sensor ReCovery (ARC) function, the sensor also copes well with chemical contamination. By controlled heating, the chemicals gaze out from the sensing element.The ARC mode can be triggered either via a push button on the board or an electrical signal.

The humidity module features an analogue output, which can be set to current or voltage. The service interface allows for output scaling and adjustment of the humidity measurement. The product configuration software EE-PCS is available free of charge.
