The EE776 flow meter set new standards in terms of safety and easy assembly. The patented non-return protection combines three functions in one device: 

Non-return protection
The probe can only be moved in one direction during installation, and it cannot return at all, even if it is released.

Seal
By means of an encapsulated O-ring, the pressurized gaz cannot leak during probe mounting.

Probe positioning
The precise positioning with respect to immersion depth and orientation is easy to perform, guaranteeing accurate measurement results.

An optional ½" ball valve enables the installation and removal of the probe without interruption of the gas flow. Every EE776 flow meter undergoes a precise factory calibration procedure at a pressure of 9 bar (130 psi), the corresponding calibration certificate is included in the standard scope of supply.

EE776 features two outputs which can be configured as analogue (current or voltage), alarm or pulse output for consumption metering. The EE776 flow meter is available with an additional MODBUS RTU or M-BUS (Meter-Bus) interface.

The multi-point CO and temperature adjustment leads to an outstanding measurement accuracy. The RH sensing element with E+E proprietary coating is suitable even for aggressive and corrosive environment.

Beside CO, the EE872 measures also relative humidity (RH), temperature and ambient pressure (p). Additionally, the devices calculated also the dew point temperature (Td).

The heated versions of the EE872 are suitable even for high humidity and condensing environment. The IP65 enclosure and the PTFE filter cap offer excellent protection in polluted environment. With a catalytic filter cap, the EE872 is also appropriate for applications with periodical H2O2 sterilization.

The CO measured data is available simultaneously on the analogue voltage and current outputs. Depending on the EE872 version, the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol offers also the RH, T, p, or Td data.

The free PCS10 Product Configuration Software together with an optional adapter cable facilitates the configuration and adjustment of the EE872.

The EE220 humidity and temperature transmitter with pluggable, interchangeable probes is optimised for clean room, food and pharamaceutical industry.

The EE220 basis unit can accommodate one combined EE07 RH and T probe or two separate EE07 probes, one for RH and one for T. The probes can be plugged onto the basis unit either directly, or with M12 extension cables up to 10m (32.8ft) long. A loop calibration or adjustment in the field, as required by the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) regulated industries is easily possible for the EE220 with two separate probes.

The EE220 basis unit is available with polycarbonate or with metal enclosure, appropriate for suitable for wall mount or for installation on rails (DIN EN 50022). An optional kit facilitates the mounting of the probe in a duct.

For surface moisture monitoring or for the early detection of condensation danger, EE220 can accommodate the EE03 RH & T module (see data sheet EE03).

The E+E proprietary coating protects the humidity sensors against corrosion and dirt, which leads to best long term stability even in harsh environment.
