Parker's Triple Lok JIC 37 Fittings and adapters, Triple-Lok®, meet the requirements of both SAE J514 and ISO 8434-2 and offer the industry's broadest offering of port ends. The design has a small metal to metal seal area which results in a compact design, low assembly torque, high temperature and high pressure capability.

• Stainless Steel nuts have a coating to prevent galling.

The EO-DUR coated nuts on these stainless steel progressive ring fittings are given a special pre-treatment and then silver plated. This provides positive assembly features. These fittings are used primarily in fluid systems in areas where special demands are placed on the equipment used, such as the chemical industry, process technology and offshore industry.

Features/ Benefits of the EO tubes and tube bends:
• Parker tubes are available in different dimensions and with different surfaces. Therefore Parker tubes can be used for a broad range of applications.
• Parker tubes are designed for the special requirements in several markets. Continuous tests in laboratories and on test benches ensure the high quality level of the material. Certifications from independent institutes such as ABS, LR or DNV confirm the adherence to high standards. This opens into reliability and longevity of the hydraulic application.
• Parker recommends the use of cold drawn seamless hydraulic tubes and pipes acc. to DIN EN 10305-4.E 355N (St. 52.4 NBK) or E 235N (St. 37.4 NBK), because these tubes have a high pressure capability, an excellent scaling surface and the dimensions are very precise. These advantages help to strengthen the reliability of the entire system and the lifetime cycle of the tubes.
• In addition to that, Parker recommends the use of seamless cold drawn stainless steel tubes and pipes according to DIN EN 10216-5, ASTM A269/A213 and ASTM A312. These tubes have a high pressure capability, an excellent scaling surface and the dimensions are very precise. These advantages help to strengthen the reliability of the entire system and the lifetime cycle of these tubes.

Size:

• - Series A (normal) from 6 to 55 mm tube o.d.
• - Series B (twin clamps) from 6 to 42 mm tube o.d.
• - Series C (heavy) from 8 to 219.1 mm tube o.d.

Material:

• Polypropylene, on request polyamide 6 or aluminium.
• Accessories: steel; screws and top plates of series A and B are zinc plated (stainless steel on request).

Metrulok is a ready for use brass bite type fitting for use with copper or plastic tubing.

Two way and three way Ball Valves: Provide 1/4 turn (or diverting) for on-off control of fluids utilized in process and instrumentation applications. A broad selection of valve body,seat,and seal materials provide a wide variety of pressures and temperatures at which the valve may be used.

EO Shut Off Valves:
Materials: Body made of stainless steel, ball of stainless steel, stem and connectors of stainless steel.
Seals: Ball seat of POM (e. g. Delrin), stem seal of NBR (e. g. Perbunan), DOZ from function nut FKM (e. g. FKM).
Applications: Suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fl uid, lubricants and fuel oil. For applications suitable up to 500 bar.
