JKFE Intensive Mixer packs higher mixing efficiency in compact space. This PLC controlled fully automated mixer employ a combination of slow speed stirrer and high speed rotors to thoroughly mix sand, water, clay and other additives.

JKFE manufacture Fabric filter bag type dust collector. The reverse jet impulse ensures the automatic cleaning of bags at regular interval which makes the dust collector effective. This can be used for plant pollution control system as well as for shot blasting machine.

Super Sand Mixer (Spherical Bowl Mixer) unlike conventional for No-Bake and Silicate Mouling sand, consists mainly of a newly developed mixer bowl. The mixer has a spherical construction with specially designed high speed mixing blade, which give 3-dimensional movement for thorough mixing of sand with silicate, organic binder or catalyst in any combination in just 15 to 20 sec.
