After Sales Service

Our highest priority is to provide a wonderful shopping experience to each and every customer. However, if due to some unpredicted situation, you are not happy with our products, then please follow the below-mentioned procedure to find a resolution:

 

Can I return/exchange a product?
  • Yes, you can return/exchange your purchased product within 7 days from delivery of the product. However, for a return, we will not be providing you with a refund but we will add the credit points in your Jade’s account.
  • Please ensure that the product’s original tag[s] are intact and the product is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you, i.e., the product must be unused and not damaged.
  • You also need to have the receipt of the product available with you.
  • In case you do not have the receipt, we will not be able to provide an exchange nor a gift voucher/credit note.
  • In case of an exchange, you may choose any other item of the same value or more.
  • Please note that we will not provide an exchange for any product that has been damaged or washed.
  • For exchange/returns, please email us at support@jadeseternal.com within 7 days on receipt of delivery with the pictures of the product.
  • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for customized products.
  • Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. After determining that the product is in its original condition (as at the time of delivery), we will proceed with providing an exchange.
  • In case you are sending back the product[s] via courier, you will have to bear the shipping costs yourself.

 

How can I return/exchange my purchase?
  • If you want to return/exchange your purchased product, please email us on at support@jadeseternal.com and our executive will contact you shortly.
  • You will have to return the product via courier and bear the courier charges yourself.

 

Can I cancel an order after it is shipped?
  • No, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped from our side.
  • To cancel your order you need to intimate us within 6 hours of the order being placed. However, if we have already shipped the order, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I get my credit points?

  • If you choose to get a credit note in exchange for the return of any product, we will add the credit points in your Jade’s account within 48 working hours after we have received back our product[s].
  • We will not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.
  • Credit amount can be used in Indian currency only.
  • In case your selected product is not available with us, we shall provide an intimation; thereafter, we will add the credit points in your Jade’s account.
