Japanese 200N single cylinder machines, 'Nagata’, form the core of the knitting department, and are complimented by high-end 168N & 132N Korean & Chinese machines. All our single cylinder machines are computerized, and the number of patterns that can be generated are unlimited.

We also have 168N and 200N computerized South Korean Double Cylinder machines for plain and self-design socks. Computerized designing systems are used to generate the patterns for these knitting machines.

Our embroidery section uses a Japanese make, computerized 20 head Embroidery machine – 'Barudan’ to produce rich embroidered socks with value addition. Our high performance embroidery team can embroider logos, emblems or any made-to-order-patterns. 

We offer wide range of packaging as per the requirements of our customers. This work is done within the company to ensure guaranteed quality. 

Individual socks are checked for defects before pairing to ensure total quality control. The process ensures that the two socks put together match perfectly, eliminating the chances of socks with slightly differing sizes or appearances being put together
