Understanding the increasing requirement of sheet metal and its related products like perforated sheets, expanded metals, steel ERW pipes, cable trays, deep drawn products, etc. we conduct extensive customer requirement research. We use latest inspection and quality control tools.

We conduct proper check up of the raw material and make sure that it is procured from reliable sources. We have a team of quality experts that keeps a vigil eye on the entire production process and even the packaging and storing of the products. There are various quality parameters on the basis of which finished products are tested; these are :

• Corrosion Resistance
• Abrasion Resistance
• Ductility
• Surface treatment
• Coating

In our constant endeavour to improve the quality of our precision engineered metal sheets and other fabricated products we have set certain quality objective such as :

• To comply with ISO 9001: 2000
• Regular training to be imparted to employees & encourage team building
• To minimize the wastage of material at every production stage
• Master calibration register to be maintained for the tools and at certain duration every tool to be calibrated. Existing tools to be checked using master gauges.
• To prepare process chart for all the major processes
• For all the departmental head Responsibility Matrix Chart to be introduced and Inter Departmental Responsibility Chart for the staff
